On the above day time prices a 5% discount will be applied for bookings on a Friday.

In the Oak Room
1 A minimum number of 60 adult meals and drinks packages for the day time reception and an evening reception with buffet is booked catering for a minimum of 110 people.
or
2 A minimum of 90 day time adult meals and 90 drinks packages are served.
These discounts are not available on bank holiday weekends, nor in the month of December.

or in the Restaurant
1 A minimum number of 30 adult meals and 30 drinks packages for the day time reception and an evening reception with buffet is booked catering for a minimum of 80 people.
or
2 A minimum of 50 day time adult meals and 50 drinks packages are served.
These discounts are not available on bank holiday weekends, nor in the month of December.

The buffet food for the day time buffet menu must be provided for all the guests attending. The buffet food for the evening party must be provided for at least 90% of the total evening guests attending.  The evening buffet menus are only available after a day time meal is served and to the minimum numbers stated below.

The White Hart reserves the right to change prices and specification due to outside factors beyond our control. And subject to the aforementioned these prices are valid up to 30st December 2010.

To use the Oak Room the following applies

Or at other times a minimum number of 120 adult meals and 120 drinks packages to be served.
The evening buffet menus will only be available when a full meal or day time buffet menu is served.
