1 A minimum number of 60 adult meals and drinks packages for the day time reception and an evening reception with buffet is booked catering for a minimum of 110 people.

The buffet food for the day time buffet menu must be provided for all the guests attending. The buffet food for the evening party must be provided for at least 90% of the total evening guests attending. The evening buffet menus are only available after a day time meal is served and to the minimum numbers stated below.
